I use megaupload all the time mainly because thats where users decide to put all there files… Like for instance my 7″ Netbook… stuff. Most are chinese and use megaupload… now what am i supposed to do?

Yup. Guilty until proven innocent. Shut it down, sieze it all, then if found innnocent in a few years say oops, sorry. Meanwhile there is nothing left and all foreclosed on/sold. We live in a free society. yup we do.
