Blinking a LED on a FPGA

Ok i can now understand why people say FPGAs are complex devices. To simply blink a led took me a while to learn. You have to understand how to use SIGNALS and how to convert DEC to HEX and BIN. Since i knew most of this already it wasnt too hard.

I have to admit i did get stuck a bit but thats only because i forgot to specify a import or “use” library.
