Wow for the price this IC is cool. Its like a FTDI FT232RL IC. But $2 cheaper and comes with tons of stuff like a DLL for use as a USB device or VCOM device and a sample or 2 and a config program. It seems like a great buy.
Here are some pics. I got the wrong version tho. I wanted SSOP and got SOIC which is larger but its ok. heh
